WHERE TO PARK AND REGISTER
If your child is a Mini Bean, please park in the top car park which is sign posted (Mini Bean parking) as you enter Edge Grove school. All other camp children are to park in the main car park which is by the sports hall where you will be greeted by one of our Keen Bean staff and shown where to register your son or daughter. Please Note: If your Mini Bean has an older Sibling we will take them down to the main camp from Mini Bean registration.
Your camp day starts at 9:30 and finishes at 3:30. If you have booked for early morning drop off, camp begins from 8:30 and late club will go up until 5:30. PLEASE NOTE: Every five minutes after 5:30 you arrive you will be charged an additional £5.
WHAT TO WEAR
Loose comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear for indoor and outdoor activities. Please bring a coat. Children will take part in a variety of activities so please dress your child in clothing that you do not mind if they get spoilt.
Please provide an appropriate packed lunch whilst your child is on camp with a drinks bottle that can be refilled (PLEASE AVOID NUT PRODUCTS).
At present we will not be running tuck shop Due to the current circumstances.
Snacks (Mini Beans only)
Fruit and water will be provided in the morning and afternoon breaks.
Any items of clothing left behind will be collected at the end of the day. Please make sure all clothing is named to make it easier to match the item of clothing with the correct child.
If you are not collecting your child, please let us know in the morning at drop off or during the day before signing out who will be collecting your child on your behalf. If you need to contact us during the day, please call: 07798792590
If your child needs any medication during the day, please make sure it is clearly labelled with their name and when it should be administered. This must be given to the member of staff on the desk when signing your child in at the beginning of the day.
PLEASE NOTE: Any children requiring medication in a life or death situation, i.e. children with nut allergies requiring Epipens, will not be allowed on site without it.
If you wish to cancel any days, please notify me via e-mail. If I receive this up to 14 days prior to the start of the course, then your booking will be put into credit. After 14 days no credit will be given. Missed days cannot be credited. Credits can be used on any future holiday courses.
PHOTOGRAPHIC / VIDEO FOOTAGE
We may take photographs and video footage on camp to be used for any future promotional material. If you do not wish for your child to be included please inform me via e-mail.

- Are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract is was made, both we and you knew it might happen, for example if you discussed it with us before the contract was made.
- Do not exclude or limit in any way their liability to you where it would be unlawful for us to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of your legal rights if we do not supply the services we have described or provide our services with reasonable skill and care.
