If your child is a Mini Bean (Nursery aged), please park in the top car park which is sign posted (Mini Bean parking) as you enter Edge Grove school. You must then walk your child into the mini bean building for registration. ( building 13)
All other courses are to drive down to the main car park, which is by the sports hall, and use our drop and go system. Please stop between the barriers and our staff will help your child out of the car and take them to registration. this is a ONE WAY system and you must not reverse out of the barriers at drop off or pick up.

Please Note: If your Mini Bean has an older Sibling they can be dropped off at the Mini beans registration and our staff will take them to the main registration.
A normal camp day starts at 9:30 and finishes at 3:30.
If you have booked for early morning drop off, camp begins from 8:30 and late club will go up until 5:30.
PLEASE NOTE: Every five minutes after 5:30 you arrive you will be charged an additional £5.
Loose comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear for indoor and outdoor activities.
Please bring a coat. Children will take part in a variety of activities so please dress your child in clothing that you do not mind if they get spoilt.
If they are doing swimming over the summer they must have their swimming costume and a towel.
We would also suggest packing a spare pair of clothes for our younger Keen Beans in case of any accidents.
Please provide an appropriate packed lunch whilst your child is on camp with a drinks bottle that can be refilled. Our staff are more than happy to help your child open any packaging they may struggle with.
We have two snack breaks and one lunch time so there is plenty of opportunity’s for your child to eat.
If we believe your child to have a nut product we will have to remove this product and contact you.
There will be a small tuck shop where your children can buy a few sweets. If you would like them to use this we recommend you provide them with money between 50p -£1. sweets start at 5p. If you do not wish them to have tuck it may help to provide a treat in their lunch box.
If your child has any dietary or religious requirements please note it on their medical forms for our staff to see and be able to assist them in making the correct choices.
No tuck shop for mini beans
Any Items left behind will be collected at the end of the day. Please make sure everything is named to make it easier to match the item with the correct child.
Please note anything unclaimed two weeks after then end of the camp will be donated.
If you are not collecting your child, please let us know in the morning at drop off or during the day before 3pm who will be collecting your child on your behalf. If you need to contact us during the day, please call: 01923944815
If your child needs any medication during the day, please make sure it is clearly labelled with their name and when it should be administered. This must be given to Josh or Rhianna when signing your child in at the beginning of the day.
Please ensure your emergency contact and medical form is filled out before your child attends camp. This is reset each year and can be accessed through the parents booking portal.
PLEASE NOTE: Any children requiring medication in a life or death situation, i.e. children with nut allergies requiring Epipens, will not be allowed on site without it.
Once you have made a booking with keen bean camps you are then liable to make full payment. Payment is taken at time of booking unless using childcare vouchers/payment schemes. Once selecting pay via child care vouchers your booking is secure. Please make sure the payment is made as soon as possible. If you need to break the payments into smaller amounts please contact us via email.
For early years 15/30 hours, and work payment schemes please contact us with the details.
If you wish to cancel any days, please notify us via e-mail. If this is received 14 days prior to the date you wish to cancel, then your booking will be put into credit, no refunds can be issued. For anything within the 14 day period no credit will be given. Missed days will not be credited. Credits can be used on any future holiday courses.
We may take photographs and video footage on camp to be used for any future promotional material. If you do not wish for your child to be included please inform us via e-mail.

Are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract is was made, both we and you knew it might happen, for example if you discussed it with us before the contract was made.
Do not exclude or limit in any way their liability to you where it would be unlawful for us to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of your legal rights if we do not supply the services we have described or provide our services with reasonable skill and care.
