Keen Bean camps offer year round opportunities for work with our afterschool programs, daytime coaching and full day holiday camps. We run all school holidays and half terms meaning it is a great option for students whilst studying at university before you start your teaching and coaching careers. This also makes it the perfect job for current teachers and coaches who would like extra work and bring the fun back into working with children.
We are very keen to have committed staff as continuity is a big aspect to camp life. We want our children to be able to build connections with our coaches and feel heard, be part of the camp and not just a name on the register.
Our camps are a fun option to the world of work and although there is a lot of hard work that goes on we like to think its much more exciting than stacking shelves or being stuck in an office.
We like our staff to want to be part of the team with staff training days and summer social games, where the competitive edge comes out, creating a friendly working atmosphere.
